● A social network for TV series fans

Your shows.
Your people.

Serialore is a social network for people who love TV series. Start a community around any show, talk with fans who care about it as much as you do, write about it and build its lore together.

Every show gets its own community #breaking-bad

The show page

Everything about a show sits on one page

Episodes, communities, lore, lists and news open as tabs of the same show. Fans who are behind see spoiler warnings on newer episodes.

One place for everything around a show

Communities

Anyone can start a community: theories, memes, rewatch clubs, cosplay. One community can cover several shows, and one show can have many communities.

S01E01

Episode threads

Every episode and every season gets its own discussion. Talk about the new episode the moment it airs, without spoiling it for people who are behind.

LORE

Lore base

Characters, places, events and timelines written by fans. If something is missing, a fan fills the gap, and the next fan builds on it.

BLOG

Fan blogs

Long reads, reviews and breakdowns from fans, attached to the shows and episodes they talk about.

TRACK

Tracking

Mark episodes as watched, see what airs next and keep your watching, planned and finished shows in one profile.

LIST

Lists

Lists are standalone pages with their own address. People follow a list, and its author shows up on it as a link.

Lists

Shelves that fans build and follow

Example lists. Users are fictional.

How it works

Two symbols. Everything links.

People and shows are mentioned right inside a post. Communities and lists have their own addresses. Nothing to learn beyond what you already type on social media.

@nameA person. Mention them in any post or comment.
#showA show. Its page holds episodes, lore, communities and news.
c/nameA community with its own feed, rules and moderators.
/l/nameA list. It lives on its own page, not inside a profile.

Rewatching #gravity-falls from S01E01. Every cipher I find goes into the lore entry and into /l/hidden-clues. @tomas want to split the seasons?

The idea underneath

Shows, people and communities as one network

Every page on Serialore is a point in a network. A show connects to its episodes, the communities that talk about it, the lists that include it and the fans who write about it.
