Privacy

Last updated October 8, 2026

The short version. Serialore sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. The only personal data we collect on purpose is the email address you give us to join the waitlist. We use it to send your invite and nothing else.

Who runs Serialore

Serialore (serialore.com) is an independent project in development. For anything about your data, write to hello@serialore.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store two things:

Giving us your email is voluntary. Without it we cannot send you an invite.

Why we use it

We use your email only to tell you when Serialore opens and to send your invite. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first.

Where it is stored

The waitlist is stored on our own server, on a server in a data center in Frankfurt, Germany. The server is rented from WAICORE, a brand of Nexserve Solutions - FZCO (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). WAICORE has no access to the waitlist except where its own terms require it, for example by law. The file is kept outside the public part of the site and cannot be opened from a browser.

Server logs

Like most web servers, ours records basic technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser's user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. This is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after 3 days.

Cookies and tracking

Serialore does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device. There is no analytics, no advertising and no social media embeds. Fonts, posters and icons load from our own server, so visiting the page does not send your data to other companies. Because nothing optional is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner.

If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before anything optional runs.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Write to hello@serialore.com from the address you signed up with and we will act on it within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions or profiles based on your data.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
